Shipping & Delivery : 

Shipping cost and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

We usually dispatch orders within 2:5 working days locally. Delivery times vary based on the selected service and destination. Regular post ranges from 3 to 28 working days depending on the shipping address.

Worldwide Shipping :

TAYI customers live all across the globe, so we can ship to anywhere. Delivery times vary based on the selected service and destination. Regular post ranges from 3 to 20 working days, depending on the shipping address.


How to Request a Return:

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 3-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • The return shipping isn’t covered.

Damages and issues
We strive to ensure that every order meets the highest quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we’re happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or within [24] Hours of receiving your order. if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • To process your return, you must provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

How to Request a Return of damaged or wrong items:

  2. Provide your order number and photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Exchanges

We will happily help you process an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item will need to be returned to us in its original condition with packaging intact.

If the exchange is for personal preference (e.g., different color or size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
